4th International Symposium on Materials from Renewables (ISMR)

October 9-10, 2019
University of Georgia Special Collections Libraries
Athens, Georgia

Organized by the UGA College of Family and Consumer Sciences, the UGA New Materials Institute, and the Center for Sustainable Materials Science at North Dakota State University.

About ISMR:

Discoveries, developments and commercialization of materials from renewables are in high demand due to the current global and economic trends aimed at sustainability and better protections for our environment.

ISMR 2019 is an ongoing series of international conferences, organized by North Dakota State University and the University of Georgia, designed to bring together professionals from academia, national laboratories, and industry research-and-development specialists. The meetings are focused on basic and applied aspects of monomers, polymers and polymer composites from renewable sources.

We hope you will join us for ISMR 2019 as we explore these impactful research efforts on synthesis, further characterization, processing, applications, and commercialization of materials from renewable sources.
